Helping You Discover What's Underneath

I'm Dr. Kim Bland, a Discovery Coach with nearly a decade of experience helping people explore their thinking, challenge their beliefs, and discover what they truly want.

I've always been fascinated by the way we think. How our beliefs are formed, why we make the choices we do, and how easily we can find ourselves living according to someone else's expectations instead of our own.

I believe many people feel stuck because they've lost touch with what matters to them. They've spent years doing what they think they should do, following the path in front of them, or simply going through the motions.

That's where I love to coach.

I listen, ask deep questions, and help people look beneath the surface of their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I'm not here to tell you what to do or who to become. I'm here to help you discover those answers for yourself.

My coaching is built around a framework I developed called Face It. Name It. Live It. It's a process of becoming aware of what's happening, discovering what's underneath, and choosing what you want to do next.

Because discovery is powerful. But what you choose to do with it can change the direction of your life.

Discovery Begins With a Question

Have you ever stopped to wonder why you think the way you do?

Why you keep making the same choices?

Or why you feel stuck even when everything in your life seems fine?

I believe there is so much to discover beneath the surface of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.

My approach to coaching is simple. I listen, ask questions, challenge assumptions, and create space for you to discover your own answers.

I don't believe someone else should decide what your life is supposed to look like. I believe you have the opportunity to explore what matters to you and choose how you want to move forward.

Face It. Name It. Live It.

  1. Face It

    Become Aware

Take an honest look at where you are, what you're experiencing, and what may be keeping you stuck.

  2. Name It

    Discover What's Underneath

Explore the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns influencing your choices. Put words to what you're discovering and begin seeing new possibilities.

  3. Live It

    Choose What's Next

Turn your discoveries into intentional choices and meaningful action that reflect what matters most to you.

Discover what's underneath. Change what comes next.
